    HST Cluster group,

The Cluster meeting at LBL will on Tuesday, Dec 20. While no date
works for everyone, this was generally preferred over the other options
and seems to work for a majority. Teleconference and/or video
    conference access will be available.

The meeting will start at 9:30 AM and run through the afternoon.
Please let me know if you'll be attending (and your ETA if you flying
the morning of the meeting. ) Location is: bldg 50, room 4205.

We'll work out a rough agenda in the coming days. Please let me know if
you want to give a report or want to propose agenda items for general
    discussion.

General information will be posted on the TWiki
    http://hstclustersn.lbl.gov:8081/twiki/bin/view/Main/WebHome
Log on as user: TWikiGuest with pwd hstclustersn (case sensitive)
Then register under your own name.

    General Logistics Info:
Marilyn Wong (510)486-5443 ) will provide assistance for the meeting.

Site access: We need to provide the name of all visitors to the front
gate in advance. Please be sure to let me or Marilyn know if you're
coming a day early or staying an extra day so we can notify the gate.
Also let Marilyn know if you need a parking reservation.

There is general information for visitors at
    http://www.lbl.gov/visitor-info.html

    Nearby hotels are listed at:
    http://www.lbl.gov/Workplace/near-our-shuttle.html

On the list, the most convenient (and cheap) are the French hotel or
the Hotel Shattuck. The Durant is also nice but note that if you take
the Bancroft shuttle, you should transfer to the Heart shuttle at
Euclid (since the Bancroft shuttle now goes to the wrong part of the
lab for us. ) Or you can walk across campus to Hearst and catch the
    shuttle.

If you need assistance with the hotels or other arrangement, please let
    Marilyn know.

Looking forward to seeing you in Berkeley,
    -Tony
